It is currently used as a Sexual Health Clinic on the ground floor and as a Breast Screening Clinic on the first floor. A new 10 year lease was agreed at under £20.00 per sq ft with a tenant only break option at the end of the 5th year and a collar and cap arrangement on the 5th year rent review.
