Business Rates Appeal - Diptyque | Chartered Surveyors

After extensive negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency we have now managed to secure another successful Business Rates Appeal for the luxury French retail perfumer, Diptyque, on their Covent Garden store. As a result of our appeal, the Rateable Value has been reduced by 12.5% from £72,000 to £63,000.
