Since Ashwell Rogers was established in January 1996, we are proud to have been responsible for many significant transactions for both landlords and tenants across the West End, MidTown, City Fringe/Core and through to Hammersmith.

We also act on behalf of some of the UK’s largest commercial landlords, pension funds and property companies. When acting for a tenant seeking space to rent or buy, we will arrange a space audit to fully understand the size range required to meet its needs both immediately and in the future. Through strong market knowledge, close relationships with leading landlords, agents and property data bases, we are able to quickly create a bespoke schedule of suitable premises. The project will be handled from start to finish by the same surveyor and will not be delegated down, ensuring continuity from start to finish.
