We also have considerable experience of 3rd party proceedings (i.e. Arbitration and Independent Expert representations) and also acting as Expert Witnesses during Lease Renewal procedures.

The Professional Department is led by Chris Dennant FRICS and Roger Dunlop MRICS who between them have over 30 years experience in this area. The Department also works closely with our Agency and Investment teams to ensure that we have the most relevant and up to date market knowledge.
